- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Fidelity is decent as a company as a whole, and their technology is good. However, this branch is really, really bad. For example, their national corporate office promised that their regional branch would call me to resolve an issue. The local branch manager, Charles (or Chuck) chose to ignore their corporate emails and even lied about not receiving them. Throughout, I could feel there is tension between their corporate headquarter and local office, and the local one refused to cooperate with the national one. As the results, customers get pushed around and suffer. If you are a multiple million dollar fund manager, you will probably be treated ok. But if you are an everyday retail investor, don't expect good service or respect from them. If you choose Fidelity, I suggest you avoid the Sunnyvale branch.By Jia Jiang, November 02, 2016
