- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wouldnt even offer one star. Even one star is too much for them. The bankers who walk around to ask what you try to do here and such make you go back and forth the atm machine and teller which took about 20mins of your time. People in front of me and behind me got really confused. We just concluded that they want to keep people away from the teller window. This branch in particular is extremely inefficient. I went to many other branches and service waa excellent. Very unfortinate they hire such incompetant workers who lack knowledge of their own machined and services being provided. Ended up spending one hour here. Didnt bother going anywhere else ONLY BECAUSE bank was closing anyway.By Nova Choe, December 03, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had some peculiar problem because of which unable to open an account. I was rejected 3 times when trying to open account with BofA. Just went to this branch and explained my problem to Yulia & Navarro and they followed up with other departments and got it resolved in couple of weeks. Problem which other branches were unable to even understand from past 10 months, got resolved in couple of weeks...felt really happy....By vivekananda bellary, November 15, 2016
